    What we're building.

    Uplift is the execution layer for the business teams that drive growth. Sales, HR, ops, marketing, IT, and finance - we replace manual routines with agents that run on their behalf, 24/7, maintained as APIs and models change.

    Our team is small and remote. We work hard, ship fast, and operate without the usual SaaS theater. If you're more interested in shipping than slides, you're our people.

    What we look for.

    • You see manual work and feel a physical urge to automate it.
    • You write your own code (engineering) or own outcomes end-to-end (every other function).
    • You can describe what you do in one sentence without saying 'synergy' or 'transform'.
    • You've shipped something - product, content, system, agent - that someone else now relies on.
    • You think AI is a tool, not a religion.
